For non-medical home care and skilled home health alike. Standards crosswalk, policy alignment, personnel and client record readiness, a mock survey, and a corrective action plan for whatever the mock finds. Skilled agencies also get the clinical layer: clinical record review, QAPI, infection control, emergency preparedness, and governing body documentation.
