No medical or nursing care
Although our firm is led by a licensed registered nurse, we do not provide patient care, clinical services, medical advice, or nursing services to any client, patient, or resident through this firm. Our nursing background informs the documentation we produce. It does not establish a provider relationship of any kind.
No guarantee of approval
Licensure, certification, accreditation, and enrollment decisions are made solely by the applicable state agency, federal agency, or accrediting body. We do not control, influence, or predict those decisions. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, that any survey will be passed, or that any document will be accepted. Any statement about typical outcomes or timelines is an estimate based on prior experience and is not a promise.
Regulations change
We prepare documents based on the regulations and guidance in effect at the time of preparation. Regulations, interpretations, forms, and agency practices change, sometimes without notice. You are responsible for maintaining your agency's ongoing compliance after delivery.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all documents we prepare, for verifying their accuracy against your operations, for making any required submission, and for operating your agency in compliance with applicable law. Documents we prepare describe how your agency will operate. Actually operating that way is your responsibility.
No results promised
We make no representation regarding revenue, profitability, client volume, reimbursement, or business success. Prior client outcomes do not predict your outcome.
