How it works  /  Seven steps

You always know what step you are on.

This is the same process for a $150 manual and a $11,000 group home build. Nothing starts until you have a written scope and a price, and nothing goes quiet in the middle.

01

Tell us your state and your agency type

Free  /  You do this in about two minutes

Two things: which state you are in, and which kind of agency you operate or want to open. Non-medical home care, skilled home health, group home, assisted living, day program, private duty.

Message us and we will answer in writing. If you would rather talk it through, say so and we will call you instead.

02

We research your state

Free  /  We do this, not you

We pull your state's current rules for that specific license type. Not last year's rules, and not a generic national checklist.

This is the step most people skip, which is why so many manuals come back rejected.

03

We tell you your license type and what the road looks like

Free  /  In writing

Which license category you actually fall under, roughly what the approval process looks like in your state, what it will cost with us, and what is in scope.

Enough to make a decision with confidence. The full document set and the state-by-state detail is the work you are hiring us to do.

04

We invoice you through Square

Your first name, last name, and email

That is all we need to bill you: a name and an email address. The invoice comes from Square, so you pay by card on a receipt you can keep, and you are never sending money to a personal handle.

Payment plans are available on full agency setups.

05

Payment confirms, your intake form goes out

Same day

As soon as the payment confirms, we send the intake form. It asks for the things only you can tell us: your agency name, service area, service lines, staffing model, hours, and who your administrator is.

06

You send it back and we start immediately

Full setups get a tracker and a shared folder

Tre drafts your documents under Jayla's clinical oversight, so what you get is written the way a nurse would defend it and formatted the way a reviewer wants to read it.

On a full agency setup you also get your own folder and a live tracker, so you always know what is finished, what is next, and whose turn it is.

07

You submit, and we stay on it

In-scope revisions included

You submit to the state. If the letter comes back asking for changes that fall inside the scope we quoted, we fix them. We do not disappear at the finish line, because that is the part of this business that made us start it.

We are not a law firm and we do not guarantee approval. What we control is the quality of the documents and the pace of the work, and those we do control.

Start at step one. It costs nothing.

Send us your state and your agency type. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so and point you at someone who is.
