Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, agency name, state, agency type, project details, uploaded documents, logos, and anything else you submit through forms or send us directly.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and similar analytics data.
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Protected health information

Do not send us patient, client, or resident health information. Our services are documentation and compliance consulting, and we do not need identifiable health information to perform them. If you send it anyway, we will ask you to remove it and we will delete it.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, perform engagements, communicate about your project, process payments, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email provider, form and file storage provider, scheduling tool, analytics provider, and payment processor. We share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Marketing communications

If you opt in, we may send you emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an active engagement are not marketing.

Text messages

If you provide a phone number and consent, we may contact you by text about your inquiry or engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Form security

Our quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare processes limited technical information for that purpose. The form is not a secure channel for protected health information, and we ask you not to send any.

Data retention

We keep project records and communications for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and professional obligations, and then delete or archive them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email info@davidsonrnconsulting.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
